Via Matric Web Solution Customer Portal
To access your Web Hosting Control Panel via our Customer Portal, you will need to know your main Matric Web Solutions account username and password. If you have forgotten your password you can recover it here
- Once you have logged into your account, select Services. You can either click on the service dashboard icon or select Services > My Services from the main menu.
- Select your hosting service from the list of products and services you have with us (be careful not to click on the domain name as this will take you to your website rather than the control panel).
- On the Hosting Information tab click on the Login to Control Panel button.
This should now open a new browser window and automatically log you into your account. If you are not automatically logged into your Control Panel, please close all your browser windows and repeat this process.

To access your Web Hosting Control Panel via your domain name, you will need to know the hosting username and password. If you have forgotten your password you can recover it from the direct link page. The direct link is either your main domain name or the server name where your service is located on, on port 2083.
For example:
If your main domain name is jasonandbelinda.com then the final URL would be https://jasonandbelinda.com:2083/.
If your server name is centaurus.matricweb.com.au then the final URL would be https://centaurus.matricweb.com.au:2083/.
