How do I update my credit card details?

For all of our services we offer automatic & manual credit card processing using our secure online payment system. By default, automatic credit card processing is enabled, for all customers. If you prefer to manually pay for your product/service please submit a ticket instructing us to change this setting for your account.

Update a Credit Card

  1. Login to your account (if not already logged in)
    Click Account > Login
  2. Select Billing > Manage Credit Card
  3. Enter your new card information and click Save Changes

 IMPORTANT: Please note that if you wish to manually process each payment, late fees will apply for any overdue invoices, as well as services may be automatically suspended and/or automatically terminated (deleted), if you fail to pay before or on the due date.
